Ever since FinalFantasy13-2Game.com was registered a couple of weeks ago the rumor-mill has been buzzing.
Well it’s true, a direct sequel to Final Fantasy XIII has been announced.

I have mixed feelings about this, it could be everything the franchise needs to get back on its feet.
Just please, please don’t go down the FFX2 route.

Will it be a cheesy J-pop laced disaster or a proper adventure?
There were many elements of FFXIII that were great, and at least they already have the engine so perhaps they can focus more time on the less technical aspects that were lacking.
