Showing once again why its a bad idea to outsource the running of games to other companies (See GOA and DaoC), Codmasters have completly ignored their customer base. there is absolutely no mention of the free to play head start program for Euro players.
Numerous forum requests have been made to Codemasters, all of which have been ignored, time for Turbine to take it back
Also there is currently mixed messages offering 14 day free trials, and refer a friend, this does not make any sense along side the FREE to play message

One day before the supposed launch date of LoTRO free to play, and absolutely nothing on the lotro-europe.com website, codemasters on cruise control, total losers.
