This is awesome news, LOTRO is one of the best online MMOs out there at the moment, and still looks amazing.

It seems that the Free users will have full access to the world, but are limited by the amount of gold they can carry or hold in their bank, plus premium players get priority login, the chat is limited for FREE this may be a deal breaker but we will wait and see.
